INFORMATION OF INTEREST TO PARTICIPANTS

The following information may be of use to those attending CCP5 meeting. We look forward to welcoming you to New Hall. On arrival to the College, residential delegates may sign-in and collect their keys from 12 NOON onwards at the Porters' Lodge. The main venue for conference itself is Buckingham House, where the registration desk will be open from 10:00-13:20 on Wednesday 29th August. Directions to Porters' Lodge and Buckingham House are available from site plan below.

Limited parking for cars is available at New Hall, and further parking can be arranged at nearby Fitzwilliam College (please ask the organiser) and free on-street parking can be found on Storey's Way. Alternatively, Park and Ride on Madingley Road provides easy access for day visits (see below).

Room information

All conference rooms will be fully ensuite - some are located in the conference centre (Buckingham House), others in the main body of the College. You will be given directions and keys from the Porters' Lodge when you check in (after noon on Wednesday). High speed broadband (via cable) is provided in all the rooms, on request, and also in the conference area. Please ask at the Porters' Lodge if you wish for broadband access in your room to be activated.
